Her interaction with the advanced marketing departments of over 20 insurance providers
affords optimum competitive solutions for solving complex insurance and estate planning
needs. Donna currently holds her Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered
Financial Consultant (ChFC) designations, is a Series 6 and 63 FINRA Registered Representative
and is a member of Cornerstone’s Systems Team.

plan. Her superior skills in the analysis and presentation of data translate into
viable action plans for our clients. Kate’s responsibilities include valuations
of companies, estate "walk-throughs", and designing estate transfer plans that maximize
our client’s wealth.

Paul has 15 years of experience in tax,
estate and business succession matters. After completing his law degree, Paul worked
in the accounting industry, with a boutique law firm specializing in tax and estates,
and for the last eight years, financial consulting companies who focus on planning for
owners of closely held businesses.
His primary responsibilities at Cornerstone are the review, design and implementation
of tax, estate planning, business succession and insurance strategies for our clients.
He is a licensed attorney in Pennsylvania and a member of the Lehigh County and
Pennsylvania Bar Associations.
He regularly attends national tax and estate planning conferences and has commentated
on tax and legal developments for widely distributed industry information services.
Paul is also active in charitable and nonprofit organizations, including his role
on the Board of the Civic Theatre in Allentown.
